Diet Mistake No. 6: Mindless Eating
"Eating amnesia" is the act of unknowingly putting hand to mouth, usually from a bag or box in front of the television, while reading a book. It can also happen at happy hour, or when you finish the last few bites on your child's plate.

Hello friends, with great pleasure i am writing this review on Silken Beaut Weight Loss Clinic- Mumbai. I am so happy to write about S.B bcoz of the new found confidence that I got after getting rid of the unwanted flab with the help of Silken Beaut. Hope this review helps you in making the right choice of a slimming centre..


I am a middle aged woman. My husband is a doctor and i am a mother of 2 sweet kids. In school & college i played badminton. Before getting married though i was not very slim, i was comfortable with the way i looked. But after 2 pregnancies things changed totally. Due to daily household chores & responsibilities of 2 kids i could not spare any time for myself. But after trying the regularly irregular exercise, Yoga, self imposed diet restrictions in vain i decided to go for a first hand experience of Silken Beaut.. This clinic managed by Dr.Shafique Pathan and his able daughter Dr.Sharmein, has a qualified Dietician and other trained staff.

;On my first visit all details about my health, eating habits , likes , dislikes , daily routine etc. were taken by the Doc. First of all i was assured that i will definitely be successful in losing weight for which i was asked to follow different diet programmes for some weeks. These diets were accompanied by Ayurvedic medicines which were dispensed from the clinic. Within few weeks of starting the weight loss regimen i began feeling rejuvenated and decided to honestly follow the instructions & complete the programme. On an average I lost approx. 16kgs in 18weeks..
I was thrilled when my relatives and friends and all the people who had seen an abese me, complimented me for my new look and I was convinced that traveling from my place ( central suburb) to Bandra was really worth it ..! For this I am very grateful to Dr. Pathan who is a gem of a person and whose counseling helped me re-build my confidence..
